Maintenance Repairs - Please report all maintenance repairs as quickly as possible. We will strive to have service work completed within 5 working days of receiving your request. Tenants will be contacted if work is not completed within 5 days and will be advised on the pending completion date. Maintenance work is completed Monday through Friday 7:00am-2:00pm.
Emergency Service - All emergency items should be reported immediately to the emergency service line at 845-3470. After office hours, these requests will page directly to our service technician, who will then call you back.
Permission to Enter (PTE) - Please indicate whether our service technician has permission to enter your unit. This gives us the opportunity to service your request in a timely manner. If our technician is not given permission to enter and an appointment is needed, service work can take up to two weeks to complete.
